ETL is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund. Before making an investment decision in respect of the Fund, you should consider the current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD), and other material published by Longreach Alternatives or Evolution, and assess whether the Fund is appropriate given your objectives, financial situations or needs. At present, there is one class of units in the Fund on issue called the Pantheon Global Evergreen Mid-Market Secondaries (PGPE) (PGEMS). Longreach Alternatives is the investment manager and distributor of the Fund.
